Breast Cancer Training (Ebunjan Theatre)

On the 12th of February 2025, we held the largest breast cancer training in The Gambia at the Ebunjan theatre. In the heart of The Gambia, 120 healthcare workers from public and private sectors, as well as healthcare workers in police, military, and fire services in western region one, gathered to learn life-saving skills in breast cancer detection, treatment, and patient support.
Theme: Empowering Healthcare Workers in the Fight Against Breast Cancer.
With more trained hands, we are turning awareness into action!
Together, we can reduce the impact of breast cancer in The Gambia.
